I'm Alaa, a junior UI/UX designer combining an analytical background in customer experience with a passion for clear, human-centered products.
From understanding experiences to designing them.
Before transitioning into UI/UX, I spent more than six years working in quality assurance and customer experience. That background taught me how to identify friction, evaluate customer journeys, collaborate across teams, and turn observations into practical improvements.
Today, I apply that same curiosity to digital products. My design work spans mobile app concepts, information architecture, user flows, and UX audits. I care about the questions behind the screens: What does someone need to accomplish? What makes the experience confusing? How can we make the next step feel obvious?
I'm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and continuing to grow my design practice through hands-on projects and continuous learning.
